Howe Manning students participate in the Hour of Code
This week in computer class, students participated in a worldwide education event called Hour of Code. The purpose of the event is to expose students to the process of coding and technology use in the world today. Our objective is to encourage students to explore computer science, build critical thinking and problem solving skills, and learn something new. Check out www.hourofcode.org for more details.

Geography Game-show - October 30th
Neal Nichols and “The
Geography Game-show” visited Howe-Manning and performed 3 different programs for
grades 4-6. The Geography Game-show is an
interactive event that hosts the rendering of a world map from memory.
