Grade 4 Second Annual Comic Con was a great success today. Despite a very busy day and last minute adjustments to comics and costumes, the kids had a wonderful culminating event. While the project itself was a learning experience in reading, writing, and public speaking, the learning was masked by the fun of developing their own characters, setting, and plot within their comics. The teachers would like to thank the parents for supporting our fourth grade authors and artists by visiting several comic heroes in our own Howe-Manning Hall of Justice. We would also like to thank our students for all the hard work they put in, and to the staff for dropping by to visit and help out as well.
